Hi, Matt with etrailer. And today, we're gonna be talking about the Yakima SkyBox NX 16 Cargo Box on top of the 2023 Jeep Gladiator. We have our SkyBox on our ladder rack, which is just gonna be a nice option for us too. Since we have it all the way to the end, it's gonna be really easy to access just from the bed of our truck, just so we're not reaching high up on the outside. Now, it's gonna be a great option if you're traveling with people, your cab's already filled up, and you need somewhere to keep your luggage or any additional gear, but you don't wanna keep it out in your bed, because it's gonna be in the weather conditions, so the SkyBox is gonna be a great alternative to store some of your smaller, not as big and bulky items. The reason the 16 is in the name is because it can hold up to 16 cubic feet of storage in your box, so that kind of equates to about three people's worth of stuff. more

As far as the Master Fit goes, this is actually the smaller version of the box. They make one that's a little bit bigger that I think would be a great fit on this vehicle as well, but this one's gonna be 15 and a half cubic feet of storage space and it's got exterior dimensions of 75 inches long, 32 inches wide, and 16 inches tall. Inno Roof Box Review - 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee L- Video
Hi everyone, Aidan here at etrailer. Today, we're gonna be taking a look at the Inno Wedge 660 Rooftop Box on the top of our 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee L. Now, right away, you're probably noticing the color match on the box to the vehicle. That's something that's pretty unique about this particular box is the fact that you've got choices for the different colors. We've got it in white right now, but you can also get it in black, both of them are gonna have the same 11 cubic feet of capacity inside and have the same features, just offer you that nice different look to color match to your vehicle if you want it to, and I think it works really well in this application. It's got an ABS plastic construction, which is very normal for a rooftop box, but it has an acrylic top layer that helps it really match the shine of the paint color on our vehicle, so it looks like it really belongs. more

Hi everyone. Aidan here with etrailer. Today we're taking a look at the in Inno Wedge Plus Rooftop Box on our 2021 Jeep Gladiator. Now a rooftop box on a Gladiator might not be the first thing you think of, but we do have a bit of a smaller truck bed, and especially, if you've got a Tonneau cover on there, on a long trip you might be wanting some more cargo space and you're not really gonna find it inside the vehicle. A roof is the best place to maybe put that if you've got a trailer or something behind you. And that's going to allow you to maybe put some smaller items up there. more

Rhino-Rack MasterFit Rooftop Cargo Box Review - 2021 Jeep Gladiator- Video
Hi everyone, Aidan here with etrailer. Today we're taking a look at the Rhino-Rack MasterFit rooftop box here on our 2021 Jeep Gladiator. Now a rooftop box on a Gladiator might seem like kind of odd to you but it actually does serve a pretty good purpose because you've got a smaller truck bed and especially with this one having a tonneau cover, you are limited on space in the back and if you're taking a big road trip or you maybe have some oversized items in the bed maybe you've got some bikes back there. It is going to be a little difficult to fit extra cargo inside the Jeep because it's not super big inside. The next best place to put that stuff is on the roof I think, especially if you've got certain items like skis and snowboards that you maybe want to keep separate from the other stuff, you don't want it banging around in the back of the bed with everything else, you want it up top protected. A rooftop box is gonna be great for that, great for luggage and this one especially is gonna have a lot of room. more

And today we have a 2020 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited, and we've gone ahead and thrown on here, a roof rack, and we've loaded up the Inno Shadow 16 rooftop cargo box, just to do a test fit of it, check how it's going to interact with your Jeep. Now, this is a cargo box. Like I said, it mounts to your roof rack. It gives you an enclosed space on top of your Jeep to get extra cargo and other luggage loaded up and away from the elements, because your cargo area might be loaded with all the other stuff that you want to take on your trip. Instead of having to cram it in the back seat, where your passengers might be and taking up their elbow and leg room, you can get them in the box, protected from the rain and the sun, and then you can unload it when you get to your destination.Now, the box has a really nice aerodynamic shape. more

This is a cargo box that will mount to the roof rack of your Grand Cherokee and it's going to allow you to get any excess cargo or luggage, anything like that, up into an enclosed area on top of your roof and create more space on the inside of your vehicle for your passengers. Now what's really cool about this box is that it's got a very durable ABS plastic construction to it.It's going to be impact-resistant and UV-resistant, so it will protect all the items you have in there. The top has a diamond-textured finish to it and you can kind of feel when I scratch it, you can hear that. more

It also features a locking mechanism to keep our cargo safe while we're out and about. To open the box, we're going to simply insert our key, turn to the unlock position, pull in on our hatch and lift up on the lid.Our box is going to feature four power clip clamps. These are called power clip clamps because as you turn them to tighten them, they do create an audible clicking noise when they're sufficiently tightened. more

Today on this 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee we're going to be test fitting the Inno Wedge 660 cargo box. Part number: INBRN660BK. As you can see it fits nicely on our roof here. It has a nice aero-dynamic shape which is going to cut down the wind noise and drag that you experience while your driving. It also is adjustable to go further up or further down the roof rack as you please. Then, you will set it right in front of your crossbars like so and slide it back into place. Today on our 2015 Jeep Wrangler unlimited we are going to a 00:00:04 the Inno Shadow Series Gloss Black Cargo box. This is going to be your roof mounted cargo box, part number INBRA1250BK. Now it does come with your quick fit clamps and feet and we'll show you those once we get it up on the vehicle . As well as it does open from both sides which is very nice and easy to use. Let's get it up on the vehicle and we'll show you how it looks and fits. Now this box does weigh about 55 pounds and the low bars that we are putting it on is about 165 pound weight capacity, so just keep that in mind when you are loading your up your box in your vehicle, that you stay within your vehicle roof limitations. As you can see you do have the spots where you can open it up on both sides of the rack or of the box. Here and here. Then you also have the quick fit feet that are going to slide through these rubber grommets on the bottom side to attach to our factory crossbars that we have on our vehicle. Thule Sonic Medium Roof Box Review - 2011 Jeep Wrangler- Video
Today on our 2011 Jeep Wrangler we'll be test fitting the Thule Sonic Medium Rooftop Cargo Box with 13 cubic feet of space, glossy black in color, part number TH634B. With the Thule Guttered Roof Rack System on our vehicle, we'll begin our test fit by placing the cargo box up onto the vehicle's cross bars. After positioning the clamps over the bars we can unlock the box and open the lid exposing the two closest knobs. We can turn the knobs and tighten down the clamps up against both bars. You'll know when the clamps have been fully tightened down with the knob start to click. This double sided opening lid will also enable you to easily load and unload your cargo from either side of the vehicle. We'll then move to the other side of the vehicle and repeat the same process. Once everything is all tightened down and secured that will complete today's test fit of the Thule Sonic Medium, part number TH634B on our 2011 Jeep Wrangler. more

It's part number is Th626. Now, we've got the Thule Rapid Crossroad Roof Rack System that we've already installed on our Cherokee. We'll begin our test by placing the cargo box directly onto our load bars. We found when picking these larger boxes up, it's a good idea to spread your hands out, give you a little bit of support in the front and a little bit of support up in the rear. We'll now place our cargo box right up onto our load bars. more

Today on our 2015 Jeep Patriot, we're going to be doing a test fit of the Thule Force XXL Roof Top Cargo Box. This offers us 21 cubic feet of storage space, has a nice aero-skin black finish. The part number on it is TH626. The XXL boxes are a larger box, if you do have a friend or a partner handy there, it might be a good idea to have them help. If you don't, I recommend kind of spreading your hands out a little bit here to kind of evenly distribute the weight. That way you're not going to have big issues with it being front or back heavy. We've already got the Thule Rapids Crossroads Roof Rack System that we've installed on the Patriot, so we're just going to begin our test fit by placing the cargo box up onto our bars. more

Thule Sonic Roof Cargo Carrier Review - 2015 Jeep Patriot- Video
Today on our 2015 Jeep Patriot, we're going to be doing a test fit on the Thule Sonic Medium Rooftop Cargo Box. This offers up 13 cubic feet of storage space, has a nice glossy black finish to it, the part number on it is TH634B. If you prefer it in silver, this is also available as part number TH634S. As you can see, we've got the Thule Rapid Crossroads Roof rack system that we've already installed onto the Patriot, so we'll begin our test fit by just kind of positioning our foot packs so they'll fit around our bars, certainly the best time to do it. The foot packs are designed to hang out of the bottom when not in use, so you really want to get them in line before you slide them on there. To try to get as much clearance as possible, I'm going to set those rear foot packs as far back as I can. Maybe that will give us the room we need later to open that rear hatch. Once we have it up there and our foot packs going around our crossbars, let's take a look to be sure we have our box centered. more

The part number on it is TH615. To begin our test fit, we'll place the cargo box right up onto the roof line of our vehicle. Today we've got the Thule Rapid Crossroads Roof Rack System that we'll be installing it on. There's four slots in the bottom of the box. We want to position those over the top of our load bars. more

The box is designed to open from the passenger side, so as we install it, we will want to favor it to this side. This is going to offer us 11 cubic feet of storage space, has a nice matte black finish, part number on it is TH613. To begin our test fit, we're going to place the cargo box right up onto our Thule Rapid Crossroads roof rack system that we've got installed. This box is designed to open from the passenger side, so we'll want to favor this side as we put it on. I'm now just going to take a quick look to be sure we have it sitting on our roof line straight. It's pretty good. We're now going to, in this case the vehicle's a little bit taller, I like to stand up on the door sill here, but we'll open the passenger side of our box, step up, and inside we're going to find four foot packs. In the bottom of the box, we've got four slots so we'll place one foot pack into each of the slots that we've got down there. more

Today on our 2015 Jeep Patriot we're going to be doing a test fit on the Thule Force Medium Rooftop Cargo Box. This offers 13 cubic feet of storage space, has a nice aero-skin black finish on it. Part number is Th624. To begin our test fit we're going to place our cargo box right up onto our Thule rapid crossroad roof rack system that we've got installed. As you can see, the feet are designed to hang out of the bottom of the box here. We're going to get these adjusted as we place this on to go around our bars. Once we have all four of our feet around our bars we need to center our box on the roof line of our vehicle. Now that we've got that centered, lets open up the passenger side here. more

Today on our 2010 Jeep Patriot we're going to be test fitting the Yakima Rocket Box Pro 14. This is a rooftop cargo box. It offers 14 cubic feet of storage space, comes in a nice matte black finish. Its part number is Y07192. Now we've got our Yakima RailGrab roof rack system that we've already installed on the Patriot, so we'll begin our test fit by placing our Rocket Box right up onto our crossbars. We'll position the clamps so they sit just in front of the crossbars. We'll then slide rearward on the box, being sure that as we do, the lower portions of our clamp come around the underside of those crossbars. We'll now take a quick look to be sure we have our box centered. more

Today on our 2014 Jeep Cherokee we're going to be test fitting the Thule Sonic XXL rooftop cargo box. It offers 22 cubic feet of storage space, comes in a nice silver. Its part number is TH636S. We've got the Thule Rapid Crossroads roof rack system that we've already installed on the Cherokee so we're going to begin our test fit by placing our cargo box right up onto our load bars. We found in picking it up, it's good to have a hand just slightly in front of the lock and then one on the other side just slightly behind it. That is going to help you to balance a little bit when you're picking up a larger box such as this. Now the feet on the Sonic are designed to hang out of the bottom of the box so this is going to be the best time to get those lined up so they'll go around our load bars. Going to go to the rear, give it just a little push forward; also make sure it's centered, which it is. more

We've already got the Thule Rapid Crossroads Roof Rack System installed on our Cherokee so we're going to begin this test fit by placing the cargo box directly onto our load bars. The feet hanging out of the bottom of the box, the way this is designed, we found this is the best time to get our feet lined up so they're going to go around our bars. With all 4 of the foot packs around the bars we'll take a quick look to be sure we have our box centered. Come over in the front a little bit. We're then going to open the passenger side where we're going to reach in and we're going to tighten the 2 Acu-Tite knobs that are located closest to us. more
